The SECRET to Making Your Customers Come Back.
Make them come back everytime.
Long periods without making sales because customers don’t return? This is a huge problem for business owners, especially those selling services.
Thinking about it won’t really do much good because you might not know where to start. It could’ve been that they’d forgotten about you.
Know that if something is top-of-mind, it is top-of-mouth.
Keeping you or your business in your customers’ mind is hard especially when you’re in a competitive market – trust me, I’d know.
And not to forget the part where you could go for months without making a single sale. It hurts each time it happens.
Not having the certainty of sales is detrimental to your mind as a business owner. This makes you then carry out actions based on emotion only – being desperate.
People can sense a business owner being desperate from afar and this is caused because of the urge or need to sell something to make some money.
At that point in time, the business owner is no longer solving problems that they would otherwise do perfectly.
That desperate urge is the cause of many failures in business.
In order to avoid this urge in the future, you need to continually contribute to creating value such that it can be shown in your customers’ lifestyles.
Imagine someone saying “I bought a Tesla yesterday.”
You’d probably associate them with the rich, powerful, and successful.
You’ll basically guess their lifestyle and maybe their personality.
What I’m trying to say is, make your brand so good that customers use it to express themselves, and also their self-image to others.
When someone says they’re a WWE champion, you automatically assume they’re strong. This is what I’m talking about when I say make your brand so good that people use it to express themselves.
And the key to making this happen is “Brand Loyalty.”
Brand loyalty is what wins the minds and hearts of customers and is the key mission of a brand.
Imagine saying “I’m going to google it.”
Google has built its brand loyalty up to a point where its brand is used as a verb. Sick right…
There are two important things that brand loyalty has to come with. Think about it as; this + that equals brand loyalty.

Brand Loyalty = Brand identity + Brand Credibility
The first is brand identity. Pay close attention to how I define a brand identity:
“A brand identity is a medium for emotional connection between customers and brands.”
What I mean by that is, a brand identity is a way for your customers to be emotionally connected to your brand.
Think of the Chelsea football team.
You probably thought of the color blue. That’s their brand identity playing in your head.
This is the power of a strong brand identity.
The next thing is brand credibility.
I use these terms not to scare you or pressure you into being curious about something that is of no help to you, I use them so that I can break them down for you to understand to the fullest.
So brand credibility is about always being able to deliver on your promise or what you say you’ll do.
This also affects brand loyalty. Think about it, no one would go back to a brand that didn’t deliver on its promise.
Know that people buy for three reasons, and I’m generalizing it.
People buy what increases their wealth, improves their health, and also their relationships.
Every other thing you could possibly think of has a 97% chance of being under any of these categories.
As a business owner, which part of peoples’ lives can you improve and how can you consistently deliver the same results?
That’s a question for you to answer. If you did, congratulations you have brand credibility.
Brand credibility is a thing of your own making. I can help with a brand identity that speaks to your audience.
What I mean by that is, your customers will buy from you because your brand identity reflects their self-image. And as you learned, a brand identity is a medium of emotional connection between customers and brands.
When a person reflects another person’s self-image, those two are likely to bond. I make your customers feel that connection to your brand.
In conclusion, brand loyalty is the golden egg to aim for in business. If you’re not playing around and want to get serious with an overflow of customers, don’t hesitate to send me a message on any social media platform.
At my capacity, I’m only able to take in three clients per month, so I urge you to take action now so you don’t have to wait a whole month.
As always, I’m rooting for you.
See you next time.
